Shipping Policy

We’re so excited to send a little joy your way! Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your Share Flair gift will arrive:

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. As many of our items are custom-made or printed to order, we take a little extra care to make sure everything looks just right.

Shipping within the United States:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days
    (Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier.)

International shipping

We don't currently ship internationally at this time.

Shipping costs

We don't have any surprise shipping costs! All fees are upfront when you add to cart. 

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder just in case.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at hello@shareflair.com. We’ll work with the carrier to help track it down or arrange a solution.

Refund policy

We want you to love what you give (and receive). If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

We offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or incorrect

  • Your order hasn’t arrived after 14 business days (within the USA)

Your happiness matters to us.

  • If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • A photo of the item may be requested to help us understand the issue and improve.
